Contact form and email

The website contact form prepares an email in your email application. The website does not submit that form to our server. If you send the prepared email, WinAvid Academy and the email providers involved will receive the information included in your message.

Please do not include sensitive medical, financial, identity, or other unnecessary personal information in an enquiry.

Service providers and storage

We use service providers, including Google services, to host the application, authenticate users, and store or process academy records and files. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. Information may be processed or stored outside your province or outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

Consent and children

Tutoring enquiries and account administration for minors should be completed by a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians should provide only the student information reasonably needed for tutoring and academy administration.
